Job summary

Warwickshire County Council's School Admissions Service is seeking an Admissions Advisor to be the first point of contact for high volumes of telephone enquiries, offering accurate information on admissions processes and timescales. You will support School Admissions Officers with email responses, ensuring issues are resolved in line with guidance.

We offer full-time, hybrid working with office attendance on Tuesday and Thursday at Shire Hall, Warwick.

Responsibilities

• Support School Admissions Officers by managing and responding to email enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved in line with statutory guidance and local policy.
