University of Plymouth is seeking a proactive Admissions Officer to support a busy admissions team. You will help process applications for all programmes, manage interview scheduling, and work closely with faculties and other departments to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused admissions service.

This full-time, fixed-term role requires on-site presence in Plymouth and cannot be done from home. The role offers the opportunity to contribute across the applicant journey, with training provided

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Office administration experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the Admissions Operations Manager and UCAS Specialist in delivering a professional admissions service.
• Process applications for all programmes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of offers.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and managing mandatory interviews where required.
• Collaborate with faculties and departments to provide a fluid, customer-focused admissions experience.
