Responsibilities

• Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring timely and efficient handling of applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing queries and providing guidance throughout the admissions journey.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
• Organise and participate in open days, recruitment events, and other promotional activities to showcase the institution's offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and data management of all admissions activities using the relevant systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance recruitment efforts and attract a diverse student body.
