The Role

As the face of the school for prospective families, you will convert enquiries into registrations through exceptional communication and a proactive "whole school" approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
• Relationship Building: Foster lasting connections with parents, pupils, and feeder schools.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute Open Mornings, Taster Days, and Scholarship assessments.
• Data Analytics: Maintain the MIS (SIMS) database and provide statistical reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Sales & Marketing Savvy: Proven ability to drive conversions and represent a brand with integrity.
