University of Worcester is seeking two Admissions Assistants to join a dedicated team on a permanent, full-time contract. You will handle enquiries and applications from students worldwide, process admissions decisions, and maintain admissions records, while supporting staff training and Open Days.

This exciting and varied role involves handling enquiries and applications from students across the globe. You will have specific responsibility for processing admissions decisions, maintaining admissions records and responding to a range of enquiries from applicants, potential applicants and academic staff. You’ll also have the chance to help with a range of other activities, including delivering staff training and representing the University at Open Days.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, highly organised, adaptable, and have excellent customer service. You will bring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work and have a proactive approach to problem solving. Our work is fast paced and high volume, so remaining calm and resilient will be key to success. You will help manage a timely, efficient and fair admissions process that delivers an excellent applicant experience.
As part of the role there may be opportunities to support work in different areas of the department or the wider Communications, International and External Affairs division.
