University of Worcester is seeking an Admissions Officer on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver a high-quality admissions service for courses offered by the Institute of Education. You will manage admissions decisions, data tasks and interview bookings, supporting applicants and colleagues throughout the application cycle.

The role offers CPD opportunities, a busy high-volume environment and opportunities to engage in Open Days and recruitment exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally well organised with high attention to detail.
• Strong customer service focus and effective communication.
• Ability to apply complex regulations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process admissions decisions for UK and international applications.
• Handle data tasks and interview bookings within the admissions cycle.
• Provide guidance to colleagues, applicants and enquirers.
• Support staff training and represent the university at events.
