Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a passion for supporting people? Warwick Business School is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Masters Programmes team to provide effective, consistent, and high-quality support to postgraduate students and alumni, staff, faculty, and other stakeholders
In this varied role, you will act as a key point of contact for student and stakeholder enquiries. You will manage shared email inboxes, responding to queries directly or re-directing them to the appropriate teams.
You will also provide administrative support for a small number of taught modules, including managing assessment processes, processing submissions, liaising with markers, and ensuring the accurate and timely release of marks and feedback.
In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Masters Professional Services team (approximately 55 staff), contributing to the effective delivery of core operational activities across the postgraduate portfolio. This will include supporting administrative processes, staff recruitment, and coordinating routine activities to help the smooth running of the team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
You will be comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment and building effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service through effective team working, preferably in a HE environment. Evidence of well-developed administration skills and a high level of IT literacy will be required, as will the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be at ease working in a changing environment, being able to demonstrate flexibility to be involved in a number of operational support activities at a time.
