Job summary

University of Worcester is seeking an enthusiastic HR Systems Coordinator to join the HR Operations Team during a period of transformation. You will help implement, develop and optimise HR systems, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes affecting employees, managers and candidates.

This role focuses on systems, data and stakeholder collaboration to deliver efficient, user-friendly HR services across the organisation.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, helping to deliver efficient, effective, and user-friendly services across the organisation.

Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the experience of employees, managers, and candidates while supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services.
