Position Details

Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Office-based, Central London, WC1

Working pattern: Normal hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch. Flexibility may be required due to the nature of the role and team needs.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist to join the Front of House team at the Methodist Church in Great Britain, based in newly refurbished offices in Central London. The post-holder will provide professional, customer-focused reception and administrative support, promoting a sense of community aligned with the Church’s mission and values.

Main Duties
  1. Providing a professional switchboard, meeting room support, and reception service.
  2. Answering enquiries and guiding colleagues and visitors with knowledge of the Church’s aims and structures.
  3. Performing various administrative tasks.
  4. Supporting facilities management and ensuring health and safety in the building.
