Waythrough is hiring an Administrator/Receptionist for a part-time, 30-hour week role based at Abingdon. You will be the friendly first point of contact, handling reception duties, post and visitor management, and supporting office coordination under the Office Manager.
Daily tasks include arranging meetings, minutes, agendas, and providing confidential administrative support. A NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is desirable; relevant experience may be considered.

Working Pattern: 9:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-2:00pm

Salary: £25,877.80 - £28,453.69 per annum

As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will provide a wide range of administrative and organisational support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the reception and office environment.
You will be one of the first points of contact for employees, visitors, partners and external stakeholders, providing a friendly, professional and responsive service.
Working closely with the Office Manager and wider team, you will help coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, support meetings and contribute to the effective running of the office.
This is a 30-hour-per-week role, with the option to work either 9:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-2:00pm.
