The role involves patient registration, record management, and providing support in a busy healthcare environment. Band: 2 - £23,615
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Tameside Sexual Health (flexible across Stockport and Tameside)
We seek an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join our busy Sexual Health Team. The role is primarily based in Tameside (The Orange Rooms, Ashton Primary Care Centre) with some flexibility required for covering in Stockport (The Choices Centre).
The service provides testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, contraception advice and methods, referrals for termination of pregnancy, HIV services, and collaboration with external agencies.
The successful candidate will be: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, confident, helpful, attentive to detail, a team player, and committed to confidentiality. Digital technology is central to our work, requiring adaptability and willingness to develop skills in this environment.
Your responsibilities include registering patients, updating records on SystmOne, managing requests from colleagues, and answering a busy phone line. Experience in administration and flexibility to support the service are valued; training will be provided as needed.
Confidentiality is paramount; all patient information must be protected according to Locala policies.
