The role

In this role, you will provide valuable clinical support to our team, assisting with various tasks that require your medical expertise. In this role you will help the medical team to guarantee the quality of the healthcare service provided to our patients.

You will:

  • Deeply understand our healthcare professionals, who are located in more than 40 countries
  • Deeply understand how our services work and our various user interfaces
  • Manage the relationships with HCPs that have a direct impact on the user experience
  • Monitor the company's performance against SLAs

Objectives

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Providing clinical expertise and guidance to the company in tasks requiring medical knowledge
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance the quality and efficiency of our telemedicine services
  • Deeply understand our services, user interfaces, and healthcare professionals located in over 40 countries
  • Propose process improvements, suggest technological advancements, or streamline workflows to optimize efficiency and patients and professionals satisfaction

Tasks

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of telemedicine services by leveraging your clinical expertise
  • Creating and maintaining accurate medical documentation
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and care coordination
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of telemedicine protocols and workflows
  • Supporting the company in various administrative tasks that require medical knowledge
  • Assess the quality of service provided by analyzing data and metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on quality assessment findings
  • Build, analyse and present reports
  • Participate in the launch of our services in new markets
  • Propose improvements of our internal processes at any stage


Requirements

You are available for a part time fully remote role based in UK (preferable Manchester area).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology tools and software to enhance networking, communication, training, and collaboration efforts
  • Independently manage your own time

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a healthcare-focused role is essential. This may include but isn't limited to roles in practice medicine, telemedicine, medical recruitment, network management, sales and/or account management, medical affairs and medical scientific liaison, healthcare communications, health startups, clinical trials, pharmaceutical companies and more
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse group of healthcare professionals
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Competent user of spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software
