Job summary

Rushey Mead Academy is seeking a Part Time Administrator L4 to support the SEND department. The role covers a wide range of administrative duties, including EHCP processes, data management, and coordinating with staff, parents and external agencies.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and flexible, contributing to a high standard of service while working within term-time hours and a 38-week year plus PL days. DBS checks apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the SEND faculty.
  • Organise correspondence and liaise with staff, parents and external agencies.
  • Develop and maintain efficient admin, filing and data systems.
  • Support SEND meetings: agendas, minutes and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update the SEND register.
  • Assist with appointments and communications for SEND students.
  • Support EHCP administration and related paperwork.
