You will provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, lead workforce initiatives and HR projects, and support the development and implementation of people strategies that contribute to organisational success.The successful candidate will have significant experience of providing strategic HR leadership, a strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and the ability to influence and support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
