Job Vacancy: Administration Assistant
Location: Warwick
Position: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week) or Part-Time (30-35 hours per week)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Flexible Working Hours: Starting time around 9am – 3pm (site locks at 3.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Keying orders received via email into Sage Cloud and generating delivery notes
  • Invoice Management: Running approximately 40 invoices for customers once a week
  • Payment Tracking: Marking off customer payments on Sage Cloud
  • Transport Booking: Coordinating transport arrangements
  • Label Printing: Printing case outer labels for the packing department
  • Document Scanning: Scanning goods delivery notes received
  • Traceability Paperwork: Checking and filing traceability paperwork from production and packing staff
  • Quality Assurance: Performing additional tasks such as checking scale weights, printing trace sheets, and conducting basic QA checks
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Sage Cloud or similar software
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
