This is a part-time role, working 25 hours per week, term-time only (41 weeks per year). The proposed working pattern is 5 hours per day - 9.30am - 2.30pm.
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Day to day duties of the role include: Using a computer to input data onto spreadsheets and/or databases including the setting up of spreadsheets as required.
Processing memos, letters, reports and other communications.
Managing appointment diaries and arranging meetings.
Recording departmental absence as required.
Required skills and qualifications Knowledge and experience in using spreadsheets and databases.
Relevant experience within an administrative environment.
