Weston College is seeking an IT Systems Administrator for a full-time role based on campus in Weston-super-Mare. The position involves 37 hours per week and on-site interviews at a college campus.
Day-to-day duties include providing 3rd line IT support across sites, monitoring system logs and security/performance issues, and managing the Windows domain and Microsoft 365 environments. The role requires Level 3 technical qualifications and at least 5 years of experience.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Day to day duties of the role Provide 3rd line IT support both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
Monitoring and resolution of system logs and notifications for both security and performance issues, from end user to infrastructure level.
Domain administration and management.
Administration and management of the 365 environment.
Required skills and qualifications Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
Minimum 5 years' experience of providing third line IT support with infrastructure maintenance skills.
The ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience of administering a Windows domain and Microsoft 365 environment.
