Weston College Group is seeking a Recruitment and Retention Officer to join the HR team at Knightstone Campus, Weston-super-Mare. This full-time, on-site role (37 hours/week) focuses on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across multiple departments.
You will advertise roles, manage selection processes, issue offers and contracts, and ensure accurate records on HRIS and SCR. Familiarity with Safer Recruitment and GDPR is beneficial, with comprehensive training provided.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, on-site at our Knightstone Campus, Weston-super-Mare.
As a Recruitment and Retention Officer you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a number of designated Curriculum and Professional Learner Services departments across the Weston College Group.
You will process all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process including but not limited to:
You will do this whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, Safer Recruitment guidance, GDPR and ISO 27001.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Knowledge of Safer Recruitment and/or Safeguarding processes would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided once in post.
