We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our team. As one of the first points of contact for West Somerset College, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient service to students, parents, visitors and members of the wider community. Alongside reception duties, you will provide administrative support across a range of areas, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the College.
You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications), is required. You will also be confident using IT systems and committed to delivering a high-quality service to students, parents and colleagues.
