This role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour and weekly pay. A computer-literate candidate with MS Office skills will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in admin roles preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an office, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Performing data entry and maintaining company databases
  • Preparing, filing, and organising documentation and records
  • Processing orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork

Location: Hull, East Yorkshire

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Stafforce are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Hull-based company. We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a computer-literate individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing key administrative support across the business.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient communication, and the smooth coordination of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Performing data entry and maintaining company databases
  • Preparing, filing, and organising documentation and records
