Job summary

Stafforce Ports is seeking an organised Administrator to support our Hull team. The role offers a full-time pattern with a competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour and a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday. Weekly pay and ongoing support from Stafforce are provided as part of a well-established local business.

The successful candidate will manage calls, data entry, records, and general admin tasks while contributing to a professional, efficient office environment in a busy setting.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries.
  • Performing data entry and maintaining company databases.
  • Preparing, filing, and organising documentation and records.
  • Processing orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries where required.
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Supporting management and other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.

Location: Hull, East Yorkshire

Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Stafforce are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Hull-based company. We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a computer-literate individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing key administrative support across the business.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient communication, and the smooth coordination of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
