Job summary

Altogether Care is a family run care provider seeking an Administrator to join our Weymouth office. The role covers data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records, plus handling emails, calls and correspondence with timely, professional responses.

You will help payroll, adapt to different areas, and take on additional tasks as needed to support the company’s objectives. A full training programme and progression opportunities are provided.

  • Punctual and professional in all aspects of your work.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willing to take direction and follow instructions.
  • Understand the role and show enthusiasm to learn about the social care sector.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR principles.
  • Care experience is required for a better understanding of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate and organised records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, telephone calls, and correspondence, ensuring responses are professional and provided in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to payroll functions, helping to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Maintain flexibility to support different areas of the Company and undertake additional duties as required.
  • Assist with projects and other tasks as assigned by your line manager, contributing to the achievement of the Company’s business objectives.

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Administrator to join our office team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment. You will support a range of administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Working 40 hours a week - Monday To Friday.
