Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
- Validate costs submitted by direct labour teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant and completed accurately.
- Verify the correct Sales Schedule of Rates (SORs) are selected.
- Collate supporting sales documentation and upload completed packs to client systems within required timescales.
- Create purchase orders for traffic management requirements.
- Process associated purchase invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and support the efficient operation of the billing process.
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with numbers and analysing information.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
