You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships, driving service performance, ensuring contractual compliance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The Impact you will have:

  • Build effective stakeholder relationships to support customer retention, contract renewals, and long-term account growth.
  • Promote and champion a culture of Health & Safety excellence across all areas of the account.
  • Monitor the quality, efficiency, and performance of onsite repair and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle management of customer fleet assets, ensuring accurate records and effective asset utilisation.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for customer queries, complaints, asset movements, and service-related matters across all regions.
  • Produce, analyse, and present operational and financial performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure all service levels and contractual KPIs are achieved and maintained.
  • Work closely with Service Centre teams to provide operational support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the UP in-house Engineering team to ensure operational excellence and consistent service standards.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring work is delivered to the required quality standards and within approved budgets.
  • Promote the company's vision, values, and positive safety culture in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong IT and systems literacy.

  • Commercially minded, with a good understanding of business operations and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and plan workloads effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
