Job summary

Capita is recruiting an organised Administrator to support the Royal Navy apprenticeship programme at HMS Raleigh. You’ll coordinate information, track progress and help training teams work together to ensure learners receive timely support.

Working full-time at 37.5 hours per week on a term-time basis (44 weeks a year), you’ll handle records, appointments and learning support plans while maintaining confidential documentation and liaising with instructors and staff located at Torpoint, United

  • Strong administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good digital skills, including confident use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Copilot.
  • Interest in supporting individuals with learning support requirements.
  • Willingness to undertake neurodiversity-related training and maintain awareness of relevant support processes.

Job description

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster – We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to support neurodiversity and learning support services within the Team Fisher/Royal Navy apprenticeship programme. In this role, you'll ensure learners receive the right support at the right time by coordinating information, managing documentation, tracking progress and helping training teams work seamlessly together. This role is offered on a term time basis working 44 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August.

The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
