You'll work closely with learners, training teams and key stakeholders to ensure apprentices receive the support they need to progress successfully through their programmes. This is a varied role where you'll coordinate programme activities, monitor learner progress, provide guidance and support, and help maintain high-quality apprenticeship delivery. Working across a range of disciplines, you'll play an important role in helping apprentices achieve their qualifications and develop their careers within the Royal Navy.

Salary of £30,000 pro rata based on TTO (£28,823).
The role is offered on a term time basis working 44 weeks per year, with non‑working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August.
