Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking an organized Operations Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support field teams and drive operational excellence across the business. You will act as a central point of expertise, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and third-party partners to keep operations running smoothly.

• Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, the client and suppliers.
• Be the operational expert advising and guiding, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Proactively look at ways to improve processes and systems using the latest technology to drive efficiency and improve costs.
• Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events.
• Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings.
• Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract., As a senior administraor, you will play a key role in supporting our client's field teams and ensuring operational excellence across the business.
