Job summary

Sanctuary Care’s Redannick Residential and Nursing Home in Truro is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome residents and visitors, handle queries, and perform admin tasks. You’ll use Word, Excel and Outlook to manage emails and records, contributing to a friendly, efficient front-of-house experience.

The role requires customer service experience, strong people skills, and good IT confidence. 30 hours per week, in a care home setting, with a supportive team and opportunity for development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service setting.
  • Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Warm and approachable with strong people skills.
  • Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently.
  • Caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive difference.
