Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases and systems.
  • Process documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and service requests where required.
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately and confidentially.

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration, reception, or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent support to colleagues and customers.

Please note that candidates must be able to travel reliably to the workplace and commit to the working hours stated above.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative and customer support services, ensuring that enquiries are handled professionally and that accurate records are maintained. You will often be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

The role requires someone who is confident using IT systems, has excellent attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
