Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an office-based administrator to support the Maidstone and Pembury Liaison Psychiatry Service. The role provides high-level administrative support for mental health assessments in ED and hospital settings, with occasional travel to Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
You will manage staffing, handle calls, co-ordinate caseloads with Rio, monitor data and BI reports, replenish resources, maintain service records, and prepare meeting papers.
This office-based role provides a high level of administration support to the Maidstone and Pembury Liaison Psychiatry Service in its 24-hour provision of mental health assessments for individuals who attend the Emergency Department or are admitted on medical/surgical wards and have mental health needs.
The post may provide back-up support to the other West Kent hospital site, which may require very occasional travel to Tunbridge Wells Hospital - most of this support can be provided remotely from Maidstone Hospital.
