Administrator (Temporary)

Based: Forfar
Pay rate: £14.18 per hour
Working hours: 36.25 hours per week | Mon-Fri (flexitime)
Start date: 5 January until 31 April 2026

We are recruiting an Administrator on behalf of a third-party client to support a busy administrative team based in Forfar.

This temporary role runs from 5 January (negotiable) to 31 April 2026, with potential for extension. The position will be office-based for the first 6-8 weeks, then offers up to 2 days working from home.

Key duties include:
  • General administrative support
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Processing emails, reports and court documentation
  • Answering calls and liaising with professionals
  • Document formatting, scanning and filing
  • Supporting reception and other departments as required
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
