  • Maintain accurate records, databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and manage operational documentation and reports.
  • Support stock control, ordering and resource planning activities.
  • Manage shared inboxes and provide timely responses to enquiries.
  • Raise quotations and provide after-sales support where required.
  • Assist with compliance, quality and health & safety administration/processes.
  • Handle manufacturer claims and related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team.
  • Participate in internal/external meetings as requested.

Administrator Near Bury St Edmunds Full-time, Monday to Friday £27,000 to £29,000 DOE Permanent Office based

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and well-established business based in Bury St Edmunds. They are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support day-to-day operations, customer communication, scheduling, and administration. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to become a key part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities
