DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking an Administration Specialist for the Mercia Park site in Swadlincote. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours) focuses on delivering customer-focused administration on key accounts and supporting the customer service team to meet delivery targets.

You will be responsible for running the contract in a customer service capacity, meeting operational requirements, and ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven organisation skills and effective time management.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• IT Literate in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Problem solving.
• Understanding of CargoWrite is desired, however training can be given.

Responsibilities

Administration Specialist

Mercia Park

Mon-Fri 37.5 per week

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a customer focused administration service on selected accounts. The successful applicant will be working directly with the client’s customer service team to achieve delivery targets on orders as per customer requirements. You must be a committed player within the site administration team supporting colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers whilst maintaining and promoting DSV best practices. It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a Customer Service role and an understanding of warehouse and logistic operations.

What will you be doing?
