We are currently looking for two Administrative Officers to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of student support services, contributing directly to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service and assist students with their inquiries.
  • Make phone calls to students, maintain accurate records and track progress.
  • Offer expert guidance on university options, courses and application processes.
  • Support applicants with document preparation, CV writing and personal statements.
  • Assist with online applications and follow-up communication.
  • Coordinate with partner universities and colleges.
  • Arrange and prepare students for university interviews.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
