NHS Scotland seeks a capable manager to lead administration and clerical projects across the Women, Children & Families Division in Dundee. The role involves coordinating change management activities to ensure timely provision of clinical and non-clinical services.
Ideal candidates will have staff management experience, knowledge of NHS IT systems, and a management qualification at HND level or equivalent. Induction standards must be achieved and adherence to the Code of Conduct is required.

The Women, Children & Families Division has responsibility for providing integrated services and managing waiting times within the Division, for Acute and Community Services across Tayside. This includes Child Health Services, Childhood Immunisations, Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership, School Nursing, Paediatric Complex Disabilities, Community Paediatrics, Acute Paediatrics, Community Child AHP, CAMHS, Neonatal Service, Maternity, Gynaecology and Assisted Conception Unit.
This post is to lead the management of administrative and clerical projects and change management activities that ensure clinical and non-clinical services are appropriately provided.
Ideally you should have experience of staff management and a knowledge of NHS IT systems along with a management qualification to HND level or relevant work experience.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
