Administrative Coordinator

Hove, | Part-Time Hours (2-3 Days Per Week)

£15-£17 an hour

Are you an organised administrator who enjoys building professional relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

Our client, a well-established specialist consultancy, is seeking a proactive and personable Administrative Coordinator to support their membership network. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining administration, stakeholder engagement, communications, and coordination within a respected professional services environment.

This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a people-focused administrative role and enjoys taking ownership of processes while delivering an excellent experience to members and industry contacts alike.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional membership community, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring a seamless service is delivered.

Duties will include:

  • Managing databases, records, memberships, and renewals
  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating online meetings, webinars, and engagement activities
  • Managing communications, invitations, registrations, and follow-up actions
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing supporting documentation
  • Assisting with newsletters, updates, and website content
  • Researching industry topics and gathering information relevant to members
  • Supporting engagement and growth initiatives
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across a range of projects
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within administration, coordination, business support
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Confidence communicating with senior professionals and stakeholders
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
