Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our school in Bristol. This on-site, part-time role covers 17 hours per week (Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm).

You will assist the senior administrator, maintain accurate files, and help produce reports to keep the school operating smoothly. A friendly, professional approach and solid computer literacy are essential.

You'll be there to keep our busy school running smoothly, from supporting the senior administrator, to running the reception day to day. With your efficient, professional approach you'll be responsible for accurate files and production of reports.

Our new Castlefell School is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs but also providing for children with autism who have moderate learning needs. The school provides education for up to 50 children aged 8 to 16.
