Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Bath to support the busy school office. The role involves reception duties, filing, and producing reports with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Working 17 hours per week (Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), you will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality education and support to our young people with diverse needs.

Qualifications

  • Have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Be able to keep a lot of plates spinning!
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be hard working, friendly and dependable and able to build a natural rapport with our young people.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be there to keep our busy school running smoothly, from supporting the senior administrator, to running the reception day to day.
  • With your efficient, professional approach you'll be responsible for accurate files and production of reports.

Salary: £11,392 - £11,571 + Excellent Benefits - FTE (£24,796 - £25,185)

Please note: that the above salary is based on the successful candidate working 17 hours per week which is a Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

One of the best environments in SEND

Our new Castlefell School is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs but also providing for children with autism who have moderate learning needs. The school provides education for up to 50 children aged 8 to 16.
