Job summary

Witherslack Group at Cumberland School in Bolton seeks an organised administrative assistant to support the senior administrator and manage daily reception duties. You will maintain efficient office operations, ensuring accurate files and timely reporting to keep the school running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Be able to keep a lot of plates spinning!
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be hard working, friendly and dependable and able to build a natural rapport with our young people.

You’ll be there to keep our busy school running smoothly, from supporting the senior administrator, to running the reception day to day. With your efficient, professional approach you’ll be responsible for accurate files and production of reports.
