The Witherslack Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Newport for 17 hours per week, Thursday and Friday 8:00–17:00. You will support the senior administrator, run the reception, and ensure accurate filing and reporting.
You should have prior admin experience, be highly computer-literate, and deliver excellent customer service. The role is within a SEND environment with DBS checks and holidays aligned to school terms.

You'll be there to keep our busy school running smoothly, from supporting the senior administrator to running the reception day to day. With your efficient, professional approach, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate files and producing reports.
Our new Castlefell School is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility catering primarily for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs but also providing for children with autism who have moderate learning needs. The school provides education for up to 50 children aged 8 to 16.
