Retrofit Administration Manager

As an Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, supporting our mission to revolutionise energy efficiency and sustainability in residential properties.
Position Overview
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, monitoring projects, planning work for tradesmen, liaising with clients, managing diaries for the project manager, and supporting the admin team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain workflow by studying methods and developing reporting procedures.
- Report on targets and implement new company procedures alongside the Operations Manager & Head of Retrofit.
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analysing practices, recordkeeping, forms control, and office layout, implementing workload changes.
- Develop administrative staff through training and growth opportunities.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating report preparation, staff communication, data analysis, and solution identification.
- Ensure operation of equipment via preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory management, and evaluation of new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning projects, expediting results.
- Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the line manager, recognizing flexibility is essential in a dynamic environment.

Experience Required
- Experience in planning construction and maintenance contracts
- Desirable Retrofit knowledge
- 2 years customer service experience
- Desirable Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent managerial qualification
- 2 years managing an office and team
