Position: Inventory and Admin Manager
Location: Coalville - LE67 1UA

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, Day time hours only

We're seeking a vibrant Inventory and Admin Manager to coordinate our daily warehouse and distribution activities. Be a key player in our award-winning supply chain team and help us deliver excellence!

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Responsibility and accountability for all Inventory for DHL & Customer owned stock, developing and maintaining effective inventory process, incorporating warehouse management systems
  • Managing and ensuring all Admin tasks are maintained and monitored on a regular basis, with all required reports updated in line with SLA reporting.
  • Audit internal departments in order to identify areas for improvement to avoid inventory integrity issues
  • Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Attend daily meeting including Performance Dialogue representing Inventory
  • Work close with the Finance Team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with budget
  • Manage and plan location mapping for T departments as required
