Administration Co-ordinator - London

Salary: £30-35k

Location: Blackwall - WFH 1 day a week

Are you a proactive and organised individual looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Our client, a leading organisation overseeing the management of a key road into London, is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Co-ordinator to join their team in Blackwall, London.

Location: Just a 13-minute walk from East India train station, offering accessibility and a vibrant work atmosphere.

About the Role

You will play a crucial role in managing road space utilisation and project coordination, liaising with utilities and local authorities, and driving administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Raise and close road space permits on Street Manager, ensuring compliance with the lane closure program.
  2. Apply for Temporary Traffic Orders and collaborate with the Roads team and third parties for project delivery.
  3. Manage the mailbox, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  4. Attend project meetings, record, and circulate minutes promptly.
  5. Maintain trackers, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  6. Assist in Health & Safety compliance and document management.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  2. Experience in a similar role.
  3. Familiarity with Street Manager is desirable.
  4. Strong attention to detail, typing skills, and task prioritisation.
  5. Proactive and flexible approach.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  7. Willingness to learn and contribute to improvements.
