University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for outpatient administration roles. Posts are full-time (37.5 hours/week), typically Mon-Fri 08:00–18:00, with a focus on administrative and customer service duties to support patient care.
You will bring a background in administration or customer service, good telephone manners, and strong attention to detail. Flexibility and teamwork are highly valued as you may work across sites to meet service needs within the NHS.
We currently have vacancies within our Outpatient Administration teams at the Royal Derby Hospital. Our posts are 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri between the hours of 08.00 - 18.00.
You will have a background, in administration or customer service, a good telephone manner and have attention to detail. Self-motivation and being a good team player are further attributes that we value. You will strive to have the desire to work in the NHS to support delivering great patient care.
