We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the efficient functioning of our community healthcare facilities across all Community Hospitals. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our mission to provide exceptional administrative support.
The successful candidate will be motivated, enjoy working in a busy environment, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should be confident, able to use your own initiative, and capable of managing conflicting demands.
We provide physical, mental health, and social care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset. Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics, and homes, aiming to deliver care as close to home as possible.
