St Augustine Academy in Maidstone is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our friendly reception team. You will be the first point of contact and support day-to-day office operations with accurate admin tasks.
We offer term-time hours (24 per week) plus inset days, with a salary in line with the WAT grade D pt. 6-9. Training and CPD opportunities are provided as part of our supportive environment.
St Augustine Academy is looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our friendly and helpful reception team. As the first point of contact for the academy, the role is essential in creating a positive first impression. The role also plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, providing essential administrative support to the team and contributing to the ongoing success of the Academy.
Specific tasks will vary according to the term, however typical duties include:
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and resourceful as well as having high levels of organisational skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and participate in any relevant training.
The basis of this role is working 24 hours per week, term time, + inset days (39 weeks in total) and offering an actual salary of (approximately). (FTE, WAT grade D pt. 6-9).
