All Saints is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our school team in Coventry. This office-based role focuses on welcoming children and families, supporting staff and helping the school run smoothly, all within our warm, Christian-value environment.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and able to communicate professionally with a wide range of people, contributing to the wider life of the school and maintaining confidentiality.
Administration Assistant - Grade 3 (Grade 2 may be considered depending on experience) We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at All Saints. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a warm, welcoming school where children, families and staff are at the heart of everything we do. We are a close community with a strong family feel, guided by our Christian vision of love for ourselves, our family and our world. Although this is an office-based role, at All Saints we believe that every adult is a teacher. The successful candidate will therefore be much more than an administrator. You will be an important part of school life: welcoming children and families, supporting colleagues and helping our busy school run smoothly. We can offer you a supportive team, a varied and rewarding role and the opportunity to develop your skills and learn as part of our growing school business team. If you are enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and are willing to get stuck in, we would love to hear from you.
Previous school administration experience would be an advantage, but attitude, potential and a willingness to learn are equally important to us. The grade offered may reflect the successful candidate's relevant skills and experience.
