St Peter’s CofE Academy in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a dedicated school kitchen assistant for 15 hours per week during term time. The role focuses on supporting the kitchen team, communicating clearly with staff and pupils, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment around lunch times.

Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred but not a requirement, however, the ability to communicate easily with staff and students is essential. Knowledge of health and safety in the kitchen would be helpful however full training will be provided.
The role is 15 hours per week, term time only. The hours worked will be:
Monday to Friday -11.30am - 2.30pm
During exam periods, the hours are Monday to Friday - 10.30am - 1.30pm
Applicants must be flexible with hours and occasionally overtime hours are available to cover for absence and training.
