Treloar’s in Hampshire is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Residential team on a 16-hour per week, term-time-only basis. You will provide day-to-day admin support to one of our Residential houses, working closely with the Residential Manager and other teams.
You will handle calls, filing, records, and assist with reports, HR data, and office tasks; contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and support inspections with documentation. Experience in admin and MS Office is essential.

We are looking for a motivated and well-organised Administration Assistant to join our Residential team. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality day-to-day administration support to one of the Residential houses.
You’ll work closely with the Residential Manager and other teams across the organisation, helping to keep systems up to date, maintaining accurate records, and supporting with reports, staff information, and general office administration.
You’ll have previous administration experience, strong organisation and communication skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You’ll understand the importance of confidentiality and be able to handle sensitive information appropriately. You’ll have a good standard of general education and be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably Office 0365), and databases.
