Connex Education Partnership is seeking a professional and welcoming receptionist to join a primary school team for the autumn term. This full-time, temporary role is based in Lowton and runs for three weeks with potential extension.
Hours are 08:30–15:30, Monday to Friday, offering valuable experience in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will have reception or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors
Handle multi-line system and direct calls appropriately
Manage student sign-ins/sign-outs and maintain visitor logs
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Support the main office with general clerical duties
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student and staff information
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Reliable and punctual with strong organisational skills
Experience working with young people is advantageous
